Delete your Dreamgate data

Dreamgate is published by PulseAI Systems, LLC. Dreamgate does not require or create an account. Most journal data stays only on your device, but this page explains how to erase it and how to request deletion of any service data associated with you.

Request deletion from Dreamgate

Email support@pulseai.systems with the subject Dreamgate data deletion request.
If you purchased Premium, include your Google Play order ID (it begins with GPA.) so we can locate the anonymous purchase record. Do not send dream text, recordings, or your PIN.
Tell us whether the request also covers an email previously submitted to the Dreamgate website waitlist.

We will acknowledge the request, ask only for information necessary to verify it, and complete deletion within 30 days.

Delete data stored on your device

You can delete individual dreams and Night Listener clips inside Dreamgate. To erase all locally stored journal data, saved artwork, settings, and recordings, uninstall Dreamgate or use Android Settings → Apps → Dreamgate → Storage → Clear data. Delete any backup files you exported separately from the location where you saved them.

What is deleted after a request

Dreamgate/RevenueCat’s anonymous customer record and associated entitlement information that we control.
Your Dreamgate website waitlist email, if you ask us to include it.
Other support data that can reasonably be associated with your verified request and is not required for security or legal compliance.

Data that is not retained

Dream text and recent dream context sent for an AI interpretation are processed only to return the requested response and are not stored in a Dreamgate database.
Artwork scene descriptions are processed only to generate the requested image and are not stored in a Dreamgate database.
Night Listener audio and its transcription remain on your device and are never uploaded.
Temporary IP-based abuse-prevention counters expire automatically within one hour.

What may be retained

Google Play controls its own transaction and account records. Dreamgate cannot erase records that Google must retain. Limited transaction or support information may also be retained when required for tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security, or other legal obligations, and only for the applicable required period.
